on-line ordering service for affiliate members which remembers
their profile (data used on a previous incorporation) and
their particular requirements.
- Due diligence waiver - we
perform due diligence on prospective affiliate members and
require that they provide us, in turn, with a waiver for
their clients. For most incorporations we do not then require
the submission of due diligence information. Jurisdictions
in which the authorities require due diligence information
to be kept by a statutory authority are the exception.

network
We require the following documentation to be completed and
forwarded to us:

- Lawyers Reference, or other professional reference.
- Proof of licence and/or qualifications

Copy
All originals have to be completed and sent to us. To expedite
the registration process, you may fax all of the required
documentation to us at the number provided on the Affiliate
Application Form Your membership can only be activated
after receipt of all the required documentation in original
format.
Upon activation you will be issued with a username and password,
which will allow you to access our system.
Membership
The Affiliate registration fee is €85 or US$75 or UK£50.
Our annual subscription fee is €275 or US$250 or UK£160.
Please note that the subscription fee is payable with the
registration fee and annually thereafter.
Register as an Affiliate:
 If
you are a Laywer, accountant, banker, tax advisor, financial
advisor, or other appropriately qualified professional, you
may wish to become an affiliate of e-offshore. Please

to have Adobe
Acrobat Reader installed on your machine. You will also
need to create an account using the on-line form below, and
write the username you choose on the application form. It
will take several days to process and to complete due diligence on your application. When our due diligence procedure is complete,
you will be issued with a username and password which will
allow you to access the system as an affiliate member. In
the meantime you are welcome to use our standard
on-line incorporation service.
