The jurisdiction rating is based on what clients tend to get for their money. It is based on a price quality relationship.
There are a number of offshore jurisdictions with excellent reputations, providing excellent services. They do not receive the expected full rating because of their extraordinary high pricing culture - inflationary pressures, high exchange rates as well as internal policy. This leads to meddling with economic structures, driving up the cost of living and thus the cost of employing administrative and qualified staff.
Our rating schedule utilises a specially designed method of weighting based on deemed importance within the equation.
